ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept:

• MasterCard

• American Express

• Discover

• PayPal (if available at checkout)

• ExxtraGut Gift Cards (if applicable)

CURRENCY

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

PAYMENT PROCESSING

• Payment is processed upon order confirmation.

• For subscription orders, your payment method will be automatically charged according to your selected subscription frequency (e.g., every 30 days, 60 days, etc.).

• You authorize MAXOUT MARKETING LLC to charge your payment method for all recurring subscription orders until canceled.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or contact you to update payment details.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & AUTO-RENEWAL POLICY

By purchasing a subscription product from ExxtraGut, you agree to the following:

Automatic Renewal

• Subscription products automatically renew at the selected delivery interval.

• Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

• You will continue to receive shipments until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel, you must:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date.

If cancellation is requested after a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, that shipment cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not retroactively refund processed subscription charges unless required by law.

Subscription Changes

You may request to:

• Change delivery frequency

• Update shipping address

• Update billing information

• Pause a subscription (if applicable)

All changes must be requested before the next billing date.

Failed Payments

If your payment method fails:

• We may attempt to recharge your card.

• We may notify you to update your billing information.

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be processed.

Subscription Refunds

Refunds for subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including:

• 60-day refund window

• 180-day extended refund window for qualifying 6-month supply purchases

Shipping fees and certain add-ons may be non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure your billing information is accurate and up to date.

• Cancel or modify your subscription before the billing deadline.

• Monitor your subscription renewal dates.

Failure to cancel prior to processing does not obligate ExxtraGut to issue a refund outside of our standard refund policy.

TAX POLICY

Taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and applicable laws.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

We do not store full payment card details.
